GarageLink connects vehicle owners in the UAE with independent garages and recovery operators. An owner describes the job — a repair, a service, or a breakdown that needs recovery — verified businesses bid on it, and the owner picks who to go with. It is built for owners who would rather compare real offers than ring round, and for independent garages and recovery operators who want a direct route to customers. GarageLink is pre-launch. Link Technologies builds and operates the platform as a facilitator, and does not carry out repair or recovery work itself.

How we operate platforms

Where we run a marketplace, we are the intermediary. Independent businesses list on the platform and deal with customers directly; we provide the software that connects them, checks who is on it, and keeps the process orderly. We do not supply the goods or services bought and sold there — the independent businesses do, and each is responsible for its own work. Every platform we operate has its own separate terms.
